Through this service, investor submits a request to cancel the land lease contract with an explanation of the reasons for cancellation
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The investor submits an official letter requesting the cancellation of the land lease contract.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Ensure that the client meets all service requirements and financial dues and that the land is free from any obstacles.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Raise the client's request for internal review and transfer it to the concerned departments in providing the service.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
In case of rejection, the customer will be notified. In the event of approval, a cancellation contract will be issued with the required appropriations taken.
