Through this service, investor submits an application to obtain approval for (amendment to the leased land, either by separation, merging, or reconfiguring the land)
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The investor submits an official letter requesting approval of the submitted amendment.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Ensure that the client meets all service requirements and financial dues.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Raise the client's request for internal review and transfer it to the concerned departments in providing the service.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
In case of rejection, the customer will be notified. In case of approval, the amended contract will be issued with the required approvals taken.
