Through this service, investor applies for the issuance of a Musataha contract and registration of the contract
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The investor submits an official letter requesting the issuance of a Musataha contract.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Ensure that the client meets all service requirements and financial dues.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Raise the client's request for internal review and transfer it to the concerned departments in providing the service.
STEP04
ISSUANCE OF CONTRACT
A Musataha contract is issued with the required appropriations.
STEP05
SIGNING THE CONTRACT
Signing the contract from all parties and sending 3 copies to the municipality for approval.
STEP06
SERVICE COMPLETION
After completing the registration of the contract and paying the registration fees with the municipality, the investor will be delivered a Musataha contract.
