Request for Marine Service - Mooring Service
Through this service, port users can request for ship mooring service.
Steps to follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits the requests.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The application is then received by the VTS operators.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The response will be received from the VTS operators. If the request is approved, the customer will be notified of the possibility of obtaining the required service (each separately) as scheduled. In the event of refusal, the customer has to consult the feedback from the VTS operators and provide them with additional documents and information if necessary.
