Request for Transshipment (Bulk Cargo)
Through this service, Transshipment Unit allows vessel Agents and the Cargo or vessels owners to request for transshipment services such as Bulk Cargo, STS operation, & ship management.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits the request.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
If the request is approved, the customer will be notified of the possibility of obtaining the services (each separately) as requested. In case of declining, the customer can consult the feedback from Sateen Transshipment Management and provide them with additional documents and information if necessary.
