Request Permission For Ship Entry

Through this service, vessel agent can apply for a vessel call request in advance to allow the vessel entry into a commercial port either to berth or stay in anchorage area, upon the delivery of the required documents, specifying the details of the vessel's visit and the purpose of the visit.

Steps to Follow

STEP01

The customer submits the application through Maqta Gateway 48 hours before the arrival of a registered vessel that meets international and local regulations.

STEP02

APPLICATION REVIEWED

The application is reviewed by the VTS Operators.

STEP03

RECEIVE RESPONSE

The response will be received. If the request is approved, the customer shall be notified with the permission of vessel entry as scheduled. In the event of refusal, the customer will have access to feedback and notes from the VTS Operators and can provide additional documents and information if necessary.
