Refund of Bank Guarantee Request
This service explains the procedure to be followed for the establishment that requests to process the refund of bank guarantee that was paid by the customer to MOHRE before transferring the file to Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD Group) for the escaped labor, after being arrested and deported.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
This procedure begins when the customer applies for the request of a customer-paid bank guarantee refund.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Verifying all the documents, requesting transaction, the licence date and the bank letter.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The customer service officer determines the identification code for the service and issues the application which the customer signs and sends it to the cashier in case the customer wants to pay in cash.
STEP04
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Collect the due financial fees and issue the invoice through the cashier in case the customer requests to pay in cash or through the customer service officer in case the customer likes to pay through the electronic payment card and deliver a copy of the invoice to the customer.
STEP05
REQUEST REVIEW
The bank guarantee recovery request is forwarded to the permit officer to the relevant authorities to retrieve the guarantee.
STEP06
SERVICE COMPLETION
The procedure ends after receiving the bank guarantee.
