Steps to Follow

STEP01

Apply for the renewal of the EID card either by personal presence or through the website.

STEP02

APPLICATION REVIEWED

Paying the due fees and issuing the invoice.

STEP03

RECEIVE RESPONSE

Verification of the documents and the attached passport.

STEP04

REQUEST REVIEW

Access to the Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship system and fill out the form with the person's data.

STEP05

SERVICE FEE PAYMENT

Payment of fees for the Federal Identity Authority through the electronic wallet (AMWAL).

STEP06

REQUEST REVIEW

Notification message is sent to the applicant with the reference number to track the same.

STEP07

SERVICE COMPLETION

Card is dispatched to the central post office and delivered through Empost.
