Through this service, Traders and Freight Forwarders can submit a refund request for the charges if they incurred incorrect service charges for their export shipments due to a system glitch/error.
Steps to Follow

Login
Login to "ATLP" platform.
STEP02
REQUEST REVIEW
Select the Refund Request from the menu.
STEP03
REQUEST REVIEW
Select the Airway bill by which the refund is required from the listing page.
STEP04
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Upload the proof of payment and submit the request.
