Appointment - Cargo Pick (Import)
Through this service, it allows Freight Forwarder, Trucking Companies or Importers to book an appointment with Abu Dhabi Airport`s Ground Handler to pick-up Import Shipments from Airport. This services ensures the timely delivery of cargo from Airport and eliminates the unnecessary waiting time at airport.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
User requests for appointment by informing the Cargo and truck details and selecting the appropriate time slot through ATLP.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Once the appointment details are confirmed and sent, the customer has to proceed for payment through a digital payment gateway called mPay. Customers having Credits agreement with ATLP/Maqta Gateway can skip the payment step.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The customer then receives confirmation on the selected time slot and can proceed to take the delivery of cargo as per selected time slot.
