Create Appointment - Cargo deliver (Export)
Through this service, Freight Forwarders, trucking companies or Exporters can book an appointment with Abu Dhabi Airports Ground Handler to deliver export Shipments at Airport for further loading in flight. This service ensures timely delivery of cargo at Airport and eliminates unnecessary waiting time.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
User requests for appointment by informing the Cargo and truck details and selecting the appropriate time slot through ATLP.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Once the appointment details are confirmed and sent, customer has to proceed for payment through a digital payment Gateway called mPay. (Customers having Credits agreement with ATLP/Maqta Gateway can skip the payment step).
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Customer then receives confirmation on the selected time slot and can proceed to deliver the cargo at Airport as per selected time slot.
