Request for Customer Authorization
Through this service, Ground handler in Zayed International Airport can automatically assign any direct shipment to the specific agent with the specified number of days in accordance to the instructions from the consignee.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Login
Ground Handling agent can login to "ATLP" platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Select Air from the main menu and Select Configuration, and then under action button select Customer Authorization.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Select the consignee and agent needs to be authorized with the time period and then assign.
