Through this service, a customer can request to amend a residence permit for an employee of a company that operates in KEZAD Group Free Zone
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits a formal application to amend the employee's residence permit, and submits the necessary documents.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The application is received and reviewed by the Free Zone Authority.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Once approved, the original passport has to be submitted to EMPOST. In case of refusal, the Authority will state the reasons and requests additional information if any.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
The customer will be informed of receiving the passport as soon as the permit is issued.
