Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain the approval to review the proposed drawings of an amendment or addition to the existing accommodation in Staff Accommodation.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP02
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Receive the comments following the drawings review.
STEP03
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. If the request is approved, customer will be notified. In case of refusal, customer will review the comments and provide additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
Obtain the approval of the Electronic licensing system from Department of Municipalities and Transport and approved schemes from AD Ports Group.
