Steps to Follow

STEP01

Project Registration on MEPs by the Consultant (Applicant). The requirements upon registration are Affection Plan, Lease agreement/ Power of Attorney for Tenant representative, approved DCR if any, Appointment letter from the Client & Consultant assignment letter. The last two documents are a standard form that can be downloaded from the system which must be completed, signed and stamped.

Step 2

Obtain Site Clearance. The Affection Plan will be verified by all related entities for Approval.

STEP03

Step 3

Preparatory Approval. To secure the mandatory & pre-requisite approvals. This procedure can be done in parallel with step 2. Under DPA (Detailed Planning Approval) which is a pre-requisite, Transportation Approval and Planning for Estidama (where applicable) must be part of the package approval. ADCD, EAD, LDN, & Soil Investigation must be independently applied for approval. Any Entities that are not applicable for the project must submit a waiver.

STEP04

REQUEST REVIEW

Building Permit Approval. Once the Approvals have been obtained from all relevant entities and disciplines they will be filtered and reviewed by the Approval Review Control -Architectural, Structural, ADCD, ADDC. This to determine that the plans satisfy all code requirements and layout and building information align with each other.

STEP05

REQUEST REVIEW

Design Consultant to assign the Supervision Consultant and Contractor to prepare the necessary requirements for Pre-Construction and Construction stage.

STEP06

SERVICE COMPLETION

Issuance of Building Permit. QR coded Building Permit and drawing layouts will be obtained after payment completion.
