Through this service, Freight Forwarders, Trucking Companies and customers can cancel the approved Truck appointments with KEZAD Group security team for Cargo pick-up or delivery of Cargo to/from Abu Dhabi Free Zone.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
User submits a cancellation request for an approved appointment by providing the reason for cancellation through "ATLP".
STEP02
SERVICE COMPLETION
User can view the cancelled request upon approval via "ATLP" portal.
