Request for Circulation and Parking Plan Approval
Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain Circulation and Parking Plan Approval for Development Projects generating less than 100 vehicular trips/ peak hour in KEZAD Group.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the necessary required documents to AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Transportation Team for review through the service channels.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Transportation Team will respond with a Feedback Form with one of the following Codes: - (Code 1) Approved: Feedback Form is generated and a Circulation & Parking Plan Approval letter is issued to the customer. - (Code 2) Approved with Conditions: Feedback Form is generated confirming the Approval with comments to be addressed in the formal resubmission. - (Code 3) Revise and Re-submit: Feedback Form with comments to be addressed in the formal resubmission.
STEP03
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fees (if any).
STEP04
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Obtain the Circulation and Parking Plan Approval letter and stamped drawings which will be issued to the customer by AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Transportation Team via email.
STEP05
SERVICE COMPLETION
The consultant uploads the Circulation and Parking Approval Letter, along with the approved traffic plans in MePS Portal of the Department of Municipalities and Transport to complete the final approval procedures.
