Request for Circulation and Parking Plan Approval
Through this service, customer can request for Approval of Circulation and Parking Plans for development projects generating less than 100 vehicular trips/ peak hour in KEZAD Group.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits an official request to approve circulation & parking plans and provide the necessary documents to obtain the service. Necessary documents will be attached with the Detailed Planning Approval request.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
AD Ports Group Urban Planning team will respond with a feedback form with one of the following: - (Code 1) Approved: Form is generated and customer can download it through the portal. - (Code 2) Approved with Conditions: Form is generated with approval along with comments. - (Code 3) Revise and Re-submit: Form is generated with the request of resubmission and comments to be addressed.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Approval letter and stamped drawings will be issued to the investor by AD Ports Group Urban Planning team once Detailed Planning approval is issued.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
Approval letter and stamped drawings are uploaded by the consultant via MEPS system of Department of Municipalities and Transport to proceed with the final approval.
