Through this service, we aim to facilitate and process all amendments in the Company Registry such as Transfer of Shares, Change of Company Name, Change of Director(s), amendment to Memorandum and Article of Association etc.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits an application form to amend the company registry in the free zone, and submit the necessary documents as per checklist.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Abu Dhabi Free Zone will review and process the amendment request and issue amended constitutional documents or request for additional information, or reject the application if the requirements are not met.
