Request for Completion Certificate Approval [CCA]
Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain the approval for Completion Certificate for Circulation and Parking Plan layout From AD Ports Group.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the necessary required documents (including contact details for Site Inspection) to AD Ports Group Urban Planning Transportation Team for review through the service channels.
STEP02
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Appointment for Site Inspection will be scheduled by the liaison engineer from AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department based on the confirmation received from the customer after contacting the consultant to set the site Inspection appointment.
STEP03
REQUEST REVIEW
AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department liaison engineer will generate the Site Inspection Report and Feedback Form. The Site Inspection Report will be sent to the consultant via email, indicating any comments or remaining items that need to be addressed.
STEP04
RESUBMIT APPLICATION
Upon receiving the response with the Feedback Form. The customer must resubmit the request clearly demonstrating that the comments have been addressed. When resubmitting, the revised request will be reviewed by the liaison engineer from the AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department, and then returned to the customer to ensure that all required comments have been fully addressed and closed.
STEP05
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fees (if any).
STEP06
ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE
Obtain the Completion Certificate Approval [CCA] Letter which will be sent to the customer via email.
STEP07
SERVICE COMPLETION
The Completion Certificate Approval Letter is uploaded by the consultant in MePS Portal of the Department of Municipalities and Transport to complete the final approval procedures.
