Request for Completion Certificate Approval [CCA]
Through this service, customer can request for an approval of Completion Certificate for Circulation and Parking Plan layout From AD Ports Group.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits an official request with the necessary documents for Completion Certificate Approval. (Approved Plans, Site completion photos and Contact details for inspection).
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Application is received and reviewed by AD Ports Group Urban Planning team, appointment for site inspection will be scheduled by the liaison engineer and confirmed by the consultant .
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
AD Ports Group Urban Planning liaison engineer will generate the site inspection report with the feedback form based on the inspection done and forward it to the consultant via email for approval
STEP04
REQUEST REVIEW
Customer will receive the report with the feedback form to resubmit the request and review the comments addressed
STEP05
REQUEST REVIEW
AD Ports Group Urban Planning Liaison engineer will review the revised documents submitted to verify that all comments are closed. Approval letter is prepared and issued to the investor via email.
STEP06
SERVICE COMPLETION
Approval letter is uploaded by the consultant via MEPS system of Department of Municipalities and Transport to proceed with the final approval.
