Request for Completion Certificate [CCA] Approval
Through this service, a customer can request for an Approval of Completion Certificate for Circulation and Parking Plan layout for development projects in Economic Zones
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits a formal request with the necessary documents for Completion Certificate Approval. (Approved Plans, Site completion Photos and Contact details for inspection)
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The application is received and reviewed by AD Ports. Schedule timing for Site inspection will be identified by the Liaison Engineer and confirmed by the consultant.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
AD Ports Group Liaison Engineer will generate the site inspection report after inspection and forward to the consultant via email for agreement/signing.
STEP04
REQUEST REVIEW
The report is received by the consultant with request of resubmission and the comments to be addressed.
STEP05
SERVICE COMPLETION
AD Ports Liaison Engineer will review the revised documents submitted to verify all comments are covered. Approval letter is prepared and issued to the Investor.
