Request for Detailed Planning Approval
Through this service, customer can request for Detailed Planning Approval for development projects.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits a formal request for Detailed Planning Approval including the necessary documents for obtaining the service.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The application is received and reviewed by ADPorts Group Urban Planning team.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Urban Planning team will respond with a feedback form with one of the following: -Approved: the form is generated and the customer can download it through the portal. A Detailed Planning Approval letter is issued to the Investor. If applicable, a separate ESTIDAMA letter is sent to the DMT with the Planning for ESTIDAMA report. -Approved with Conditions: the form is generated with approval along with comments. Once the comments are addressed the Detailed Planning Approval letter is issued to the Investor. If applicable. a separate ESTIDAMA letter is sent to the DMT with the Planning for ESTIDAMA report. -Revise and Re-submit: the form is generated with comments to be addressed prior to resubmission.
