Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APLICATION
Customer submits an official request for Detailed Planning Approval including the necessary documents to obtain the service for AD Ports Group Urban Planning team review and approval.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
AD Ports Group Urban Planning team will respond with a feedback form with one of the following: - (Code 1) Approved: Form is generated and the customer can download it through the portal. Detailed Planning Approval Letter is issued to the investor. - (Code 2) Approved with Conditions: Form is generated with approval along with comments. Once the comments are addressed, Detailed Planning Approval Letter is issued to the investor. - (Code 3) Revise and Re-submit: Form is generated with comments to be addressed prior to resubmission.
