Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits an official letter requesting for approval to transfer the ownership of the land.
STEP02
SERVICE COMPLETION
Upon approval, change of ownership contract for the land will be issued with securing the necessary approvals.

Official letter of request with mentioning the new type of activity for the new investor in case of activity change and provide environmental request (13 questions).
Personal identity or Power of Attorney in case of companies for the applicant.
Signature Authorisation
Valid Industrial or commercial Licence
Industrial Licence or commercial licence for the new investor
