Request for Land Re-Demarcation Certificate
Through this service, customer can submit a request for re-fixing the corners of the land limits on the site. Corners are demarcated on the ground and marked by poles mount flags to show the limits of the land in KEZAD Group. The certificate is required for multiple activities during the planning and construction phases of the project.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP03
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fee.
STEP04
REQUEST REVIEW
Urban Planning and Permitting/GIS and Surveying will demarcate the land corner-points on the site and mark them with poles and flags. Appointment will be scheduled with the customer to visit the site to complete the handover of the demarcated land.
STEP05
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Receive the corner-points and sign the demarcation certificate.
STEP05
SERVICE COMPLETION
Receive the Land Demarcation Certificate through the available communication channels.
