Request for Land Re-Demarcation
Through this service, customer can submit request for re-setting out the plot corners on site. Corners are demarcated on the ground and marked by steel and flags to show the limits of the land. The issued demarcation certificate is used for several purposes in planning and construction works.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits request for Land Re-Demarcation upon the payment of the service fee via one of the service channels.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Urban Planning and Permitting/GIS and Surveying demarcates the land corner points on site and marks them with steel and flags.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Appointment is scheduled with the customer to visit the site and receive the corners and sign the demarcation certificate.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
Respective team to send the land Demarcation certificate to the customer via the appropriate communication channels.

Official letter of the request
Power of Attorney or Authorization Letter from the investor if the customer is authorized to act on behalf of the investor.
Consultant Authorization & Undertaking Letter from Department of Municipalities and Transport if the customer is the Consultant.
Building Permit if the customer is the Contractor or Consultant
Copy of Emirates ID/Passport of the customer
