Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain the De-registration of Company and Cancellation Certificate of Industrial, Trading, and Service Licence in Abu Dhabi Free Zone.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection.
STEP03
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fee.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
Obtain the De-registration Certificate from Abu Dhabi Free Zone.

STEPSRequired Documents
Shareholders’ Resolution resolving to dissolve the Company pursuant to Articles of Association - Notarised and Attested
Manager’s written undertaking for any non-liability
Declaration Of Solvency signed by all Directors
Confirmation from auditors or appointed liquidator confirming no objections or debt claims against the Company De-registering have been received or are unresolved
Advertisement in two local daily newspapers (English and Arabic) regarding De-registration of the company by providing 14 days notice to the public
Return the following Original documents: 1) Certificate of Incorporation. 2) Memorandum of Association & Articles of Association. 3) Licence. 4) Lease Agreement.
Clearance Certificates from below entities: 1) Finance Department towards all outstanding liabilities. 2) Leasing Department. 3) Visa Services - Establishment card and Visa cancellation. 4) Clearance from Abu Dhabi Customs.
