Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain the renewed Industrial, Trading and Service License in Abu Dhabi Free Zone.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection.
STEP03
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fee.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
Obtain the Renewed License in Abu Dhabi Free Zone.

Certificate of Good Standing for Corporate Shareholder / Parent Company (Issued by the Registrar of Companies in which jurisdiction the Corporate Person is incorporated) if applicable.
Registry Identification Code Form (RIC) form for Natural Shareholder / Corporate Shareholder / Parent Company if applicable.
Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Declaration Form
Proof of Address for the company manager in the UAE (Tenancy Contract or Utility bill)
Registry Identification Code Form (RIC) form for Director(s), Manager and Secretary
Valid Office / Warehouse Lease Agreement if applicable
