Through this service, customers submit a request for renewing an Industrial, Trading and Service Licence in the free zone
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits request to renew licence and submit the necessary documents.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The application is received and reviewed by Abu Dhabi Free Zone.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Abu Dhabi Free Zone will issue the renewed licence, or request for additional information, or reject the application if the requirements are not met.

Audited financial statement for the last financial year
Original Certificate of Good Standing for Corporate Shareholder / Parent Company (issued by the Registrar of Companies in which jurisdiction the Corporate Person is incorporated)
RIC form for Natural Shareholder / Corporate Shareholder / Parent Company
Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Declaration Form
Proof of Address for the company manager in the UAE (Tenancy Contract or Utility bill)
RIC form for Director(s), Manager and Secretary
Valid Office / Warehouse Lease Agreement
