Request for No Objection Certificate for Utilities Connection Telecom
Through this service, customer can request for No Objection Certificate from AD Ports Group to Etisalat or DU to provide Telecom Connection to the leased land.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits a request to KEZAD Group for the required certificate and select the type of the certificate, attach respective mandatory documents and submit the request to KEZAD Group.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
KEZAD Group process the request and respond using one of the following statuses: -Approved: letter is generated and the customer can download it through the portal. -Approved with Conditions: the letter is generated if customers attached additional documents through the portal. -Revise and Re-submit: the request has to be resubmitted and the reason of not issuing the letter will be provided to the customer.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The customer submits an application for Telecom connection to Etisalat or Du to obtain the service, along with the NOC
