Request for Planning No Objection Certificate
Through this service, warehouse tenant applies to obtain a Planning no objection certificate from AD Ports Group Urban Planning team, only if the proposed works to occupy the unit include any of the following: a)Material changes to the external appearance of the warehouse and/ or external layout (such as additional parking or loading bays; external storage; mechanical/ electrical/ air conditioning units) and/ or external elevations (including business signage) and roof of the warehouse. b)Increase in Gross Floor Area. c)Change of authorised land use (e.g. from Industrial to Office)
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer requests Planning NOC meeting with Abu Dhabi Ports Group Urban Planning team to explain the proposed works. AD Ports Group Urban Planning team will confirm the required submission drawings and documents.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Customer will officially create a Planning NOC application online.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Abu Dhabi Ports Group Urban Planning Team will review the submission (maximum of 5 business days) and issue an approval/ rejection. System generated email will send the feedback to the customer.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
If approved, a Planning NOC will be issued officially.
