Request for Planning No Objection Certificate
Through this service, warehouse tenant can apply to obtain Planning No Objection certificate from AD Ports Group Urban Planning team if the proposed works to occupy the unit includes only any of the following: 1. Material changes to the external appearance of the warehouse / external layout (such as additional parking or loading bays, external storage, mechanical/ electrical/ Air-Conditioning units) / external elevations (including business signage) and roof of the warehouse. 2. Increase in Gross Floor Area. 3. Change of authorised land use (e.g. from Industrial to Office)
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits the request to arrange for meeting with AD Ports Group Urban Planning team to explain the proposed work for the warehouse and confirm the required submission drawings and documents.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer will officially create a Planning NOC application online through the portal.
STEP03
APPLICATION REVIEWED
AD Ports Group Urban Planning team will review the submission (within maximum of 5 working days) and issue an approval/ rejection accordingly. Feedback will be shared with the customer via system generated email.
STEP04
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Upon approval, Planning No Objection Certificate will be issued through the proper channels.
