Request for Planning No Objection Certificate from AD Ports Group Urban Planning Team
Through this service, warehouse tenants can submit a request to obtain a Planning No Objection Certificate from AD Ports Group Urban Planning Development Review Team if the proposed work include any of the following: 1. Material changes to the external appearance or external layout of the warehouse (such as additional parking or loading bays, external storage, external business signage). 2. Increase in Gross Floor Area. 3. Change of authorized land use (e.g. from Industrial to Office).
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request to AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Development Review Team for review through the service channels.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Development Review Team will review the submission (within a maximum of 5 working days) and issue the approval/ rejection accordingly. Formal Feedback will be shared with the customer via email.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Obtain the Planning No Objection Certificate from AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Development Review Team via email. Consultant will upload the Planning No Objection Certificate through E-permitting system (MEPS).
