Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits an official request to approve Pre-Development Site Plan including the necessary documents to obtain the service for AD Ports Group Urban Planning team review and approval.
STEP02
RECEIVE RESPONSE
AD Ports Group Urban Planning team will respond with a feedback form with one of the following: - (Code 1) Approved: Form is generated and customer can download it through the portal. - (Code 2) Approved with Conditions: Form is generated with approval along with the comments to be considered for the Detailed Planning submission. - (Code 3) Revise and Re-submit: Form is generated with comments to be addressed prior to resubmission.
