Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain Site Plan Layout Approval for Development Projects.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the necessary required documents to AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Development Review Team for review through the service channels.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Development Review Team will respond with a feedback form with one of the following Codes: - (Code 1) Approved: Feedback Form is generated confirming Approval. - (Code 2) Approved with Conditions: Feedback Form is generated confirming approval with comments to be addressed in the formal Detailed Planning submission. - (Code 3) Revise and Re-submit: Feedback Form is generated with comments to be addressed prior to formal resubmission.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Obtain Site Plan Layout Approval.
