Steps to Follow

STEP01

Login through "ATLP" Platform.

STEP02

SUBMIT APPLICATION

Submit the request and the required documents, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.

STEP03

REQUEST STATUS

Receive the approval or rejection. If the request is approved, customer will be notified. In case of refusal, customer will review the comments and provide additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary.

STEP03

SERVICE COMPLETION

Obtain the Renewed Tenancy Agreement.
