Request for Issuance of Municipality Affection Plan
Through this service, customer can request for a current dated Affection plan from Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) for the leased land. Depending on the location of the land, the requested affection plan to be issued from Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, or Al Dhafrah Municipality. The Affection plan can be used for obtaining the building permit and completing the transactions related to utility providers.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits the request to issue the Affection plan from Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, or Al Dhafrah Municpality upon the payment of the service fee via one of the service channels.
STEP02
SERVICE COMPLETION
Urban Planning & Permitting/GIS & Surveying will issue the affection plan and upload the document in the system.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Respective team to send the affection plan to customer via the appropriate communication channels.

Official letter of the request.
Power of Attorney or Authorization Letter from the investor if the customer is authorized to act on behalf of the investor.
Consultant Authorization & Undertaking Letter from Department of Municipalities and Transport if the customer is the Consultant
Building Permit if the customer is the Contractor and/or the Consultant
Copy of Emirates ID/Passport of the customer
