Request for Issuance of Municipality Affection Plan
Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain a recent (Up-To-Date) Affection Plan in KEZAD Group from one of the Municipalities affiliated with the Department of the Municipalities and Transport. The requested Affection Plan will be issued from one of the Municipalities of Department of the Municipalities and Transport such as: Abu Dhabi Municipality, Al Ain Municipality, and Al Dhafrah Municipality, depending on the location of the land. Affection Plan can be used for obtaining the Building Permit and facilitate the necessary interaction with the utility providers or other relevant authorities.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP03
REQUEST REVIEW
Select the required Municipality to issue the Affection Plan based on the location of the land as follows: Abu Dhabi Municipality, Al Ain Municipality, or Al Dhafrah Municipality.
STEP04
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fee.
STEP05
ISSUANCE OF AFFECTION PLAN
Urban Planning & Permitting/GIS & Surveying team will issue the Affection Plan and upload it in the system.
STEP06
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Receive the Affection Plan through the available communication channels.

Consultant Authorization and Undertaking Letter from the Department of Municipalities and Transport if the customer is the Consultant
Building Permit if the customer is the Contractor or the Consultant
Copy of Emirates ID/Passport for the customer
