Request for Issuance of ADM Affection Plan
Through this service, customer can request for an up-to-date ADM affection plan for the leased land from AD Ports Group. The affection plan is used to obtain the building permit and to be presented to the relevant utility providers.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits the request to issue ADM affection plan upon the payment of the service fees, via one of the service channels.
STEP02
SERVICE COMPLETION
Urban Planning & Permitting/GIS & Surveying will issue ADM affection plan.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Respective team to send the ADM affection plan via the appropriate communication channels.

STEPSRequired Documents
Power of Attorney (POA) or assignment letter, if a representative acts on behalf of the investor.
Letter of assignment from the investor/copy of the contract with the investor/copy of the building permit if the customer is the consultant/ contractor
Copy of the Industrial/ commercial License.
Copy of the lease agreement
Copy of customer's valid Emirates ID
