Through this service, customer can request for amended detailed planning Approval for development projects.
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits an official request for Detailed Planning Approval including the necessary documents for the proposed amendments to obtain AD Ports Group Urban Planning approval review.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWD
AD Ports Group Urban Planning team will respond with the feedback form with one of the following: - (Code 1) Approved: Form is generated and customer can download it through the portal. Amended Detailed Planning Approval Letter is issued to the investor accordingly. - (Code 2) Approved with Conditions: Form is generated with approval along with comments. Once the comments are addressed, Detailed Planning Approval Letter is issued to the investor. - (Code 3) Revise and Re-submit: Form is generated with comments to be addressed prior to resubmission.
