Request for Amended Detailed Planning Approval
Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain Amended Detailed Planning Approval for Development Projects.
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the necessary required documents to AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Development Review Team for review, and attach the relevant documents for the proposed amendment through the service channels.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. AD Ports Group Urban Planning Department Development Review Team will respond with the Feedback Form with one of the following Codes: - (Code 1) Approved: Feedback Form is generated and Amended Detailed Planning Approval Letter is issued to the customer. - (Code 2) Approved with Conditions: Feedback Form is generated confirming Approval with comments to be addressed in the formal resubmission. - (Code 3) Revise and Re-submit: Feedback Form is generated with comments to be addressed prior to formal resubmission.
STEP03
SERVICE COMPLETION
Obtain Amended Detailed Planning Approval. Consultant will upload the Amended Detailed Planning Approval through E-permitting system (MEPS).
