Issuance of Free Zone Entry Truck Appointment
Through this service, Freight Forwarders, Trucking Companies and customers can submit a request to book appointments with KEZAD Group security team for Cargo pick-up or delivery of Cargo to/from Abu Dhabi Free Zone. This service ensures timely delivery of cargo and eliminates the unnecessary waiting time at Abu Dhabi Free Zone security gates.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP03
RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
Receive the confirmation to arrange for Cargo Pick-up or delivery operations based on the approved appointment date. Appointment details will be linked to the driver/customer ePass details and synched with the security Smart Pass application.
STEP04
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Obtain the Electronic Appointment Report.
STEP05
SERVICE COMPLETION
Proceed to Abu Dhabi Free Zone security team gate following the validation of the ePass of the driver/customer and Truck appointment.
