Through this service, Freight Forwarders, Trucking Companies and customers can book appointments with KEZAD Group security team for Cargo pick-up or delivery of cargo to/from Abu Dhabi Free Zone. This service ensures timely delivery of cargo and eliminates the unnecessary waiting time at Abu Dhabi Free Zone security gates.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
User submits a request for a new truck appointment by providing the operation type, date, Cargo and truck details through "ATLP".
STEP02
SERVICE REVIEW
Customer then receives confirmation and can proceed to arrange for Cargo pick-up or delivery operations based on the approved appointment date.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Appointment details will be linked with the driver/user ePass details and synched with the security Smart Pass application.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
User can proceed to Abu Dhabi Free Zone security team gate following the validation of the ePass of the driver/user and the truck appointment.
