Request for Reissuance of AD Ports Group Site Plan
Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain a recent (Up To Date) site plan for the land, or building leased from AD Ports Group. The site plan can be used for obtaining the building permit and facilitate the necessary interaction with the utility providers or other relevant authorities.
Steps to Follow

Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP03
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fee.
STEP04
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Obtain the Site Plan from AD Ports Group through the available communication channels.

Power of Attorney or Authorization Letter from the investor, if the customer is delegated to act on behalf of the investor
Consultant Authorization and Undertaking Letter from the Department of Municipalities and Transport if the customer is the Consultant
Building Permit if the customer is the Contractor or Consultant
Copy of the Emirates ID/Passport for the customer
