Through this service, customer can request for a current dated site plan for the leased land from AD Ports Group. The plot site plan will be utilized for obtaining the building permit and facilite the interaction with the relevant authorities.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits the request to issue AD Ports Group site plan upon payment of the service fee via one of the service channels.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Urban Planning and Permitting/GIS and Surveying will issue the endorsed AD Ports Group site plan.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Respective team to send the site plan to the customer via the appropriate communication channels.

Power of Attorney or Authorization Letter from the investor if the customer authorized to act on behalf of the investor.
Consultant Authorization & Undertaking Letter from Department of Municipalities and Transport if the customer is the Consultant.
Building Permit if the customer is the Contractor or the Consultant.
Copy of the Emirates ID/Passport of the customer.
