Request for Survey of Boundary Wall Foundations
Through this service, customer can submit a request to conduct a Survey of Boundary Wall Foundations and adjacent buildings that form part of the boundary wall, immediately after the foundations are prepared and before pouring the concrete. in KEZAD Group. The purpose of the survey is to ensure that Boundary Wall and buildings which intended to be built are in the correct location as per approved land limits.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP02
REQUEST REVIEW
Urban Planning and Permitting/Surveying and GIS team will conduct the Site Survey to check the location of the concrete shuttering for the intended boundary wall/building before pouring the concrete.
STEP03
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. The contractor will be informed immediately on the site by the approval or rejection of the foundations location based on the results of the verification process.
STEP04
ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE
Receive the Certificate of approval for the location of the Boundary Wall/Building foundations if the location of the foundations is found to be in accordance with the approved drawings or if the difference is within the tolerated error, otherwise Rejection Certificate for the boundary Wall/Building foundation will be issued if the variance is found beyond the permitted tolerance. In such case, contractor has to review the work and apply again for another survey of the boundary wall/building foundation.
STEP05
SERVICE COMPLETION
Receive the Survey Certificate of Boundary Wall Foundations through the available communication channels.
