Request for Survey for Boundary Wall Foundation
Through this service, contractor can submit request to survey the location of the foundation of the boundary wall, and/or of the buildings connected to the boundary wall, immediately after preparing concrete shuttering and before pouring the concrete. The purpose of the survey is to verify that the intended wall/building is placed within the allowable tolerance.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Contractor submits request for survey for boundary wall foundation/buildings in alignment with boundary wall via one of the service channels.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Urban Planning and Permitting/Surveying and GIS will conduct the site survey to check the location of the concrete shuttering for the intended wall/building before pouring the concrete. Approval or rejection in contractor presence is provided based on the verification process.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Approval certificate for the boundary wall foundation will be issued if the location of the foundation is within the tolerated accuracy.
STEP04
REQUEST REVIEW
Location of the foundation will be rejected if the variance is beyond the permitted tolerance and contractor has to review the foundation. Contractor to coordinate with Urban Planning and Permitting/Surveying and GIS team to check and approve the revised location for issuance of certificate for boundary wall foundation.
STEP05
ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE
Respective team to send the survey certificate for boundary wall foundation to the contractor via the appropriate communication channels.
