Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain "To Whom It May Concern" letter stating that establishment accommodated their staff in the Staff Accommodation. This letter is approved and registered in MOHRE system.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. If the request is approved, customer will be notified. In case of refusal, customer will review the comments and provide additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary.

SERVICE COMPLETION
Receive "To Whom It May Concern" letter for Staff Accommodation registered in MOHRE system.
