Request for No Objection Certificate for Sewerage/Combined Waste Water Connection
Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain No Objection Certificate from KEZAD Group to perform the work of connecting the Internal Sewage line with the House connection point dedicated for the leased land to the investor.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the mandatory required documents to KEZAD Group, and select the type of certificate through the service channels.
STEP03
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. KEZAD Group process the request and respond using one of the following statuses: -Approved: letter is generated and the customer can download it through the portal. -Approved with Conditions: the letter is generated if the customer attached additional documents through the portal. -Revise and Re-submit: the request has to be resubmitted and the reason of not issuing the letter will be provided to the customer.

ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE
Obtain No Objection Certificate for Sewerage/Combined Waste Water Connection.

Power of Attorney / Appointment Letter (If you are not the owner / Assignment of contractor by the owner to perform the work).
Tie-in connection details with the house connection point
Waste Water Treatment Plant (In case of usage of processed water) clarifying technology, quantity and quality parameters of effluent - ensuring compliance with ADSSC, RSB and ADPC STP Performance Specification requirements.
Design Report with calculations, interface connection execution plan and inspection and Test Plan (ITP) - (In case the customer is a user of processed water).
