Request for Sewerage/Combined Waste Water Connection
Through this service, customer can request for No Objection Certificate from AD Ports Group to perform the work of connecting the internal sewage line with the house connection point dedicated to the leased land.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits a request to KEZAD Group for the required certificate and select the type of the certificate, attach respective mandatory documents and submit the request to KEZAD Group.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
2. KEZAD Group process the request and respond using one of the following statuses: -Approved: letter is generated and the customer can download it through the portal. -Approved with Conditions: the letter is generated if customers attached additional documents through the portal. -Revise and Re-submit: the request has to be resubmitted and the reason of not issuing the letter will be provided to the customer.

Waste Water Treatment Plant (in case of process water use) clarifying technology, quantity and quality parameters of effluent - ensuring compliance with ADSSC, RSB and ADPC STP Performance Specification requirements
Design report with calculations, interface connection execution plan and inspection and Test Plan (ITP) - (In case of process water user)
