Steps to Follow

STEP01

Customer requests for NOC of Sewerage/ combined waste water connection by submitting the required documents.

STEP02

APPLICATION REVIEWED

Technical team reviews the request and Approve or reject the application.

STEP03

RECEIVE RESPONSE

NOC certificate is issued by the technical team in the event of approval.

STEP04

SERVICE COMPLETION

The certificate is sent to customer via services channels.

Power of Attorney / Appointment Letter (if you are not the owner / directly employed by the Applicant Company

Tie-in connection details with the house connection point

Waste Water Treatment Plant (in case of process water use) clarifying technology, quantity and quality parameters of effluent - ensuring compliance with ADSSC, RSB and ADPC STP Performance Specification requirements

Design report with calculations, interface connection execution plan and inspection and Test Plan (ITP) - (In case of process water user)*
