Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain the approval for the issuance of work permit to perform the work of Soil and Groundwater Baseline Study from AD Ports Group.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. AD Ports Group Urban Planning and Permitting team will respond to the customer with one of the following statuses: -Approved : Work permit is issued after the completion of E-permitting System (MEPS) requirements. -Revise and Re-submit: customer to resubmit the request and review the relevant comments.
STEP03
SERVICE COMPLETION
Obtain the Work permit for Soil and Groundwater Baseline Study.
