Request for Surveying Control Points
Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain the coordinate values for Survey Control Points to use them as reference for planning and construction works in KEZAD Group.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP03
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fee.
STEP04
REQUEST REVIEW
Urban Planning and Licensing/GIS and Surveying team identifies the appropriate Survey Control Points and commence to prepare their relevant coordinate values. The values are presented on a specific template, which is issued and uploaded in the system.
STEP05
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Receive the Surveying Control Points through the available communication channels.

Official letter of the request if the request is submitted Face-to-Face
Power of Attorney or Authorization Letter from the Investor if the customer is authorized to act on behalf of the Investor
Consultant Authorization and Undertaking Letter from Department of Municipalities and Transport if the customer is the Consultant
Building Permit if the customer is the Contractor or the Consultant
Copy of Emirates ID/Passport for the customer
