Request for Surveying Control Points
Through this service, customer can request for survey control point data form to use their coordinate values as framework reference for planning and construction works.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Customer submits the request to obtain the survey control point data form upon payment of the service fee via one of the service channels.
STEP02
Urban Planning and Permitting/GIS and Surveying will search for the nearest survey control points to the location of the project and provide control point data as per the per the standard form.
STEP03
Respective team to send the survey control point data form via the appropriate communication channels.

STEPSRequired Documents
Official letter for the request
Authorization or assignment letter if the customer is not the investor.
Assignment letter from the investor to the consultant or contractor, or copy of the agreement between the investor and consultant/contractor, or copy of the building permit.
Copy of Emirates ID/Passport of the customer
