Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits an official letter requesting to cancel Tawtheeq Agreement in KEZAD Group.
STEP02
SERVICE COMPLETION
Approval to cancel Tawtheeq Agreement is processed through the Department of Municipalities and Transport system. Accordingly, canceled Tawtheeq Agreement will be released and service fee is paid by the customer.
