Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The investor submits an official letter requesting an authentication contract.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Ensure that the client meets all service requirements and financial dues.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The employee at KEZAD Group fills out the listing form and signs it from the authorized signatory.
STEP04
UPLOAD THE FORM
The form is downloaded to the Tawtheeq system.
STEP05
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
After the application is approved, the municipality says to register the units and real estate for the voucher and fixes fees for it to be paid by credit card.
STEP06
REGISTER LEASE CONTRACT
The employee at KEZAD Group creates a form to register the lease contract and signs it from the investor and the authorized person at the institution.
STEP07
UPLOAD THE FORM
The form is downloaded to the Tawtheeq system.
STEP08
SERVICE COMPLETION
The request to issue a contract with the municipality is approved through the municipality’s system, and then a notarization contract is printed and the application fee is paid.
