Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain an approval from KEZAD Group to shut down the Natural Gas on temporary basis for it's facility with clarifying the reasons for the Temporary Shutdown of Natural Gas.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents to obtain the approval for Temporary Shutdown procedure of Natural Gas through the service channels.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive approval or rejection. If the request is approved, customer will be notified. In case of refusal, customer will review the comments and provide additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
