Request for Land Permit to Work
Through this service, customer can apply for a request to obtain the approval for Land Permit To work (PTW) to carry out the relevant activities within AD Ports Group premises. Approval to obtain PTW is mandatory for all high risk activities to ensure that same is completed through by qualified team using appropriate safety precautions. This is applicable to the following PTW(s) • Land PTW Application; Cold Work • Confined Space Entry • Electrical - Energy Isolation • Excavation • Hot Work • Work with Oversize and Heavy Load • Working at Heights • Work with emergency shutdown (ESD) or Fire and Gas Detection System • Disposal & Dismantling of Major Assets
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits Permit To Work request through ATLP.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Customer to be notified about the approval or rejection.
STEP03
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Customer to close the request upon the completion of work and settlement of payment.

| 14.3 | Renewal of Land PTW mentioned under item no. 15.1 (Maximum duration of permit shall be 30 days only) If work extends beyond the max duration, the old permit to be cancelled and a new permit to be obtained. | 125 per permit |
