Request for Vessel Departure Permission
Through this service, vessel agent submits the application to request for the permission of the vessel departure from a commercial Port as soon as the operations are completed. The agent will be able to receive a port clearance certificate as an output of this service.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits the application in the event of completion of all operational activities of the vessel in the port, and provide clearance of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and Customs
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The application shall be received by the concerned departments in AD PORTS.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The response is received by each department separately. If the request is approved, the customer shall be notified of the no-objection of the departure of the vessel. In the event of refusal, the customer shall have access to the notes from the concerned department and provide them with additional documents, information and clarifications, if necessary.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
If the approval is granted, the customer will receive the port clearance certificate.
