Request for Vessel Departure Permission
Through this service, vessel agent submits the application to request permission for the vessel departure from a commercial Port as soon as the operations is completed. The agent will be able to receive a port clearance certificate as an output of this service.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits the application upon the completion of all operational activities of the vessel in the port, and provides clearance of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
If the request is approved, customer will be notified about the No-Objection of the departure of the vessel. In the event of refusal, customer will have access to the notes from the concerned department and provide them with additional documents, information and clarifications, if necessary.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
If the approval is granted, customer will receive the Port Clearance Certificate.
