Request for Vessel Shifting
Through this service, customer can submit a request to obtain the approval for Vessel Berth shifting or relocation of Vessel Berth through "ATLP" based on the purpose of shifting and determined relevant timings. Upon confirmation of the request, customer will be notified with the new Berth/location details.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents with mentioning the purpose of Vessel Berth shifting, details of the new location, and the timings.
STEP03
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. If the request is approved, customer will be notified with the confirmation of the new location of the vessel as scheduled. In case of refusal, customer will review the comments and provide additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary through "ATLP".
STEP04
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fees.
STEP05
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Receive the approval for Vessel Berth Shifting.
