Request for Vessel Post-Berthing Service
Through this service, Port users can submit a request to obtain the approval for Post-Berthing vessel services upon arrival to the Ports.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents.
STEP03
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. Response will be received from "VTS" team. If the request is approved, customer will be notified of the possibility of obtaining the required service (each separately) as scheduled. In case of refusal, customer will review the comments, and provide additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary through "ATLP".
STEP04
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fees.
STEP05
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Receive the approval for Vessel Post-Berthing services.
