Request for Vessel Post-Berthing Service
Through this service, vessel agent can submit vessel call request in advance to allow the vessel entry into a commercial Port either to berth or stay at an anchorage area upon the submission of the required documents through "ATLP", determine the details of the vessel's call and the purpose of the visit, for example: Cargo/Non-Cargo, Passenger Vessel visit or Lay-Up.
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
Submit the request and the required documents through "ATLP" 48 hours before the arrival of a registered vessel that meets international and local regulations.
Receive the approval or rejection. The customer shall be notified with the permission of vessel entry as scheduled. In the event of refusal, the customer will review the comments from VTS Operators, and provide additional documents and information if necessary, through "ATLP".
Pay the service fees.
Receive the approved Vessel call to the designated Port in AD Ports Group.

In case the Pilot is waiting due to any fault of the vessel or vessel’s agent, charges are applicable based on the full hourly rate. |
When shifting vessels within the Port, Pilotage charges are applicable as per Tariff Codes 7.1, 7.2,7.3 and 7.4. |
Pilotage for Zayed Port, Old & New Free Ports, Musaffah, Umm Al Nar, offshore trials and Al Dhafra Region Ports shall be charged as per tariff from departure to return time to the base port. i.e. either Zayed Port or Musaffah Port. |
Pilotage for Khalifa Port shall be charged as per Tariff from pilot embarking time until pilot disembarking time from the vessel. |
