Boom and Fender Hire Request
Through this service, Port users can request for hiring Booms & Fenders for ships arriving to the Ports.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits the request through Maqta Gateway.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The request is then received by the VTS operators.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The response will be received from the VTS operators or the terminal operators. If the request is approved, the client will be notified of the possibility of obtaining the required service (each separately) as scheduled. In the case of refusal, the customer should consult the feedback from the concerned department and provide them with additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary.
