Cargo Special Service Request
The service allows the shipping agent to request special cargo services, such as operations gang, and equipment hire.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits the service request in Maqta Gateway (a group of services can be requested at once)
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The request is then received and reviewed by the terminal operators
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
A confirmation will be sent to the customer with the approval of each service separately, and operations to take place as specified. In case of refusal, the reasons will be shared with customer.

Note: * If equipment is cancelled after the deployment Abu Dhabi Ports will apply a 50% surcharge towards the first hour of equipment rental in line with the applicable tariff id. * The hire of the above equipment is inclusive of driver and fuel but does not include insurance which is the responsibility of the party hiring the equipment. During overtime period (Friday & Public Holiday), Driver/Operator overtime rate @ AED 85 per hour or part thereof will apply.
