Request for examining documents and attestation from AD Ports Group
Through this service, customer/vessel agent can submit a request to issue No Objection Certificate, Port clearance certificate and Suez Rebate Certificate from AD Ports Group from the Harbour Master through "ATLP".
Steps to Follow
To obtain "No Objection" Certificate /statement from Harbour Master:
STEP01
Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents.
STEP03
ATTACH DOCUMENTS
Upload the Mate Receipt, Bill of Lading or Cargo Manifest in "ATLP" to process the request for issuance of Suez Rebate certificate.
STEP04
ATTACH DOCUMENTS
Upload the Immigration and Custom clearance certificates in "ATLP" to apply for Port clearance certificate.
STEP05
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. In case of refusal, customer will review the comments and provide additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary.
STEP06
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fees.
STEP07
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Obtain the Digital Certificate/Statement.
