General Cargo Handling Request
Through this service, shipping agent can apply a request for loading and unloading of General Cargo (including bulk, and liquid, ) into and from the vessel in addition to requesting storage space if needed, or transshipment handling.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits a request for handling General Cargo in Maqta Gateway.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The request is then received and reviewed by the terminal operators.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
A confirmation will be sent to the customer to acknowledge the receipt of the application, and operations to take place as specified.
