Steps to Follow

Vessel agent submits a letter through Maqta Gateway addressed to the Harbor master/ VTS requesting attestation along with the required documents.

STEP02

APPLICATION REVIEWED

If approved, the attestation takes place and the vessel agent can collect the attested statement upon payment of the fees.
