Request for Harbour Master Statement Attestation - Inward/Outward Clearance
Through this service, vessel agents can submit for a request to obtain the statement's attestation from the Harbour Master for facilitating the Inward/Outward clearance process of vessels in the Ports.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
Login
Login through "ATLP" Platform.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection. In case of refusal, vessel agent will review the comments and provide additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary.
STEP03
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Vessel agent to submit the request letter and required documents through "ATLP”, addressed to the Harbour Master/ VTS, and requesting attestation. Vessel should be berthed inside the Port, at anchorage or inside the Port limit.
STEP04
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fees.
STEP05
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Obtain the Vessel attestation within the Port limits.
STEP06
SERVICE COMPLETION
Attestation takes place, and the vessel agent can obtain the attested statement.
